EliteVirtualAssist (or… elite virtual assistants?) is specifically geared toward the legal space: law practices, paralegal, legal assistant, executive assistant, etc.

This is further shown by the inbox-rescue service which has stuff related to…outlook. So, it must be legal, right? Outlook?

This is a small operation, from what I can see, with only 4 staff members listed on their main website. There is no about page, and the founder still uploads videos on youtube which net less than 100 views.

The website has tons of broken images, especially under the blog. Not a huge deal, but they are either making enough to where it does not matter with a steady client-base or they are making so little they can’t fix it. One of the two.

Pricing

Pricing is not listed on their website, but I did find that the “PRO” Inbox Rescue Plus package ($1,798.00) includes a managed service for 10 hours/month. I’m totally not sure if the managed service includes the monthly fee or not, or if that IS the monthly fee.

It’s most likely that, given the niche of this website (Legal) that they are fairly expensive.

Key Takeaway

This is a smaller company, but the CEO is active and transparent which is a huge win in my book. Your mileage may vary.
