ScaleSupport

A VA company for SaaS

ScaleSupport

I came across ScaleSupport when researching CX outsourcing and was pretty impressed by the website, but definitely not feeling the reviews.

The Reviews

Their home page shows 5 star reviews on Google, GoodFirms, Clutch, and ProductHunt.

Using Parent Company Reviews

The home page shows they (ScaleSupport) have reviews on these products and they simply do not. Scale Homepage Reviews

They are reviews of the parent company. I’m not really trying to nit-pick here, but if this is a standalone company (as the footer suggests) they should probably source their own reviews. Doctoring their existing reviews on Clutch.co is kind of a red flag for me. Such as this review:

ScaleSupport Clutch Reviews

Where part of it is 100% from the review contents, as shown on the site:

ScaleSupport Clutch Reviews

Then the part about Scale has just been added to the end. It’s totally possible that this is legit and the client really did say this or agree to have it posted. But saying it’s from clutch, editing the content, then featuring it as an image has me feeling a little mislead.

Pricing

Pricing for a customer service rep (omnichannel) starts at $1299/mo.

Key Takeaway

A second company launching with just CX as part of WingAssist that promises better customer experience professionals. A potential winner? We’ll see!
